Refund Policy

At McGiver Culinary Services, we understand that plans can change, and we are committed to handling cancellations and refunds with fairness and transparency. Please review our policy below:

1. Cancellations by the Client
If you need to cancel your event, the following terms apply:

  • More than 7 days before the event: The deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $50.00

  • Within 7 days of the event: No refund will be provided for any payments made.

2. Cancellations by McGiver Culinary Services
If we need to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling the event based on our availability.

3. Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation and will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
